Cancellation Policy

(ENGLISH) Rules 1. We confirm your reservation to visit Hacienda Monte Rey in the Sabana de Luquillo neighborhood for the period indicated in the form. There is no cancelation policy for DAY PASS service of Hacienda Monte Rey Ecoturismo & Agricultura. Reservations are not canceled due to weather conditions, except for hurricanes and tropical storms because in this area it rains every day. 2. Any violation of an administrative order by the Governor or the Department of Health. It will cause you to cancel your reservation. 3. Please Park your vehicles in the designated areas indicated by the host, never on the Don Pepe bridge or obstructing the road. 4. Do not jump or let others jump from the bridge into the river pool. 5. We appreciate that you do not bring bottles and that you are very careful with all glass to avoid glass on the floor. 6. Visiting service is from Monday to Friday check-in is at 9 am and check-out is before 5:00 pm. 7. We cannot be responsible for the weather during the reservation period. If you leave before the end of your reservation, there will be no refund for the rest of the stay. 8. Pets are always allowed on a leash, the pet owner assumes responsibility for any damage caused by the animal to the property, campers, or visitors. 9. Do not litter around the Hacienda Monte Rey property, there is a waste disposal area at Hacienda Monte Rey near the bridge. For recycling, we provide containers for plastic (P), aluminum (A), compost (C), and trash (B). 10. In the compost container you can put uncooked fruit and vegetable peels, coffee grounds, and other biodegradable waste. 11. It is not allowed to make holes to perform human needs, the employees will present the bathrooms available on the property. 12. Smoking will be permitted on the property, but cigarette filter butts will be required to be disposed of in the trash bins. If cigarettes or trash are found on the ground when you check out, you will be charged an additional $50-$100 fee. 13. We accept that medical Cannabis patients can consume medical cannabis in their reservation, it is required to present a medical cannabis license to have administration approval. Follow the regulations of Law 42 - 2017 of the Government of Puerto Rico. ENJOY !!!
